I custom make quality weighted blankets, lap pads, vests, hats, shoulder wraps, bibs (baby to adult), cooling vests, and Animals "Critters" (to drape around your neck) at very affordable prices. Weighted products provide deep pressure touch stimulation providing a naturally calming effect.  Customers who have benefited from the deep pressure touch stimulation include those of all ages that are dealing with Autism Spectrum, ADHD, ADD, PDD-NOS, Sensory Integration Disorder, Bi-Polar, and other sensory issues.  Weighted blankets have also been used by individuals with CP, neurological disorders, Alzheimer’s, and insomnia with good results.

The blankets, vests, & lap pads have REMOVABLE weights.  All items can be machine washed & dried.   I weight my products with poly pellets manufactured by Fairfield.  

Up to a 10 pound blanket - $50 + shipping; approximately 40" x 60"

Lap pads up to 4lbs - $35 + shipping

Hats up to 2lbs - $20 + shipping

Vests up to 3lbs - $35 + shipping

Weighted critters up to 2lbs - $25 + shipping

Cooling Vests - $30 without gel packs + shipping

Bibs - $8 (baby-2yrs) to $10 (2 to 100+) + shipping

I also make larger and/or heavier items for an additional charge; I will also personalize items for $5 for one name and add embroidered designs (cost varies but is very reasonable).

 Who is "Stitches by Anne"! 

I retired last year and at the suggestion of a friend started making the weighted blankets.  After requests from my customers I've added a few other items and enjoy embroidering and personalizing the items I make.  I don't want anyone that receives my items to get "just another textile"!

Gus hails from North Florida Kennels in Monticello FL.  I've never met a kid (or grown-up) that didn't like Gus!!

  Update!  Gus finished Manners & Rally and one 1st place in the games.  I think we're going to go to the next level of Agility when it cools off a little more.  When he matures a little more (that's really a lot more!) we'll take the Good Citizen class with Chan/JAJ Dog Training Academy.  Gus' goal is to be a therapy being (don't tell him he's a dog!).
